Here is the first of four weekly videos to keep you inspired and practicing even at home for our month of commitment. Each video is about 7 minutes long. Perfect for a quick pick me up or an easy routine before bed.
This week’s video focus on opening up the Hips and Lower Back. It is a nice feel good practice that will help you feel better all month long.
Put a start up on the chart for every class you come to at the center in February. But, even if you can’t make it into the center for 28 straight days, then use these videos at home for your own daily yoga practice. You’ll feel the difference and your body and mind will thank you for the commitment to your new daily routine.
