When Cindy found yoga she instantly fell in love. She felt connected to the breath and found it easier to manager her busy lifestyle when she was practicing yoga. She found that no matter what happened in a day, from work or family life, she could let go while on her mat, which has ultimately changed her life off the mat.
Cindy has been teaching for Maitri since September 2016. When she’s not teaching or working her day job, she enjoys the outdoors, watching her son and husband play hockey.
Cindy aims to show her students that yoga is fun and it’s ok to laugh while you practice! She also enjoys helping them embrace their adventurous side and to be present in the moment.

Cindy currently teachers Hatha Yoga on Sundays at 9:30 am at the Westminster (88th & Field) location, as well as Strength & Stretch immediately after at 11 am.
