Yin Yoga with Hot Stones

2/4/18, 3:30-5:00 pm

Nourish and Restore Body, Mind and Spirit
yin yoga with hot stones

Space is limited. Register below.

Vibrant Yoga Living and Maitri Yoga Center would like to invite you to a 1 ½ hour candlelight Yin Yoga with hot stones workshop.

The time spent in the Yin postures is like time spent in meditation. You become more intimate with your feelings, sensations and emotions. It becomes a time of inner reflection and peace, something we can take off our mats and into our daily lives.

The Yin practice also helps lower stress and anxiety and calm the nervous system. It helps the body return to its natural healthy rhythm and you’ll leave feeling revitalized.

The heated stones and heated sandbags will be placed on key points of the body for total relaxation. The workshop includes lots of hands on adjustments giving you the opportunity to surrender into the poses and deepen your relaxation.
