Vinyasa: An Inspiring Workshop for Teachers

Rediscover the roots of Vinyasa yoga by reconnecting to the lineage of teachers and their true intentions behind sharing yoga with the western world.

Space is limited. Click to register now.

In this gathering of teachers and truth seekers we will broaden our current perspective on vinyasa flow to encompass the bigger picture of the practice. This workshop will reawaken the true intention of yoga, connecting us with the prana that breathes us all, as Shiva Rea says. In our fast paced world we move without much intention or awareness and the essence of vinyasa krama (sequence) can sometimes get lost among the angst we feel to compete and satisfy our understanding of success. But like all things nothing is ever lost, it has simply moved away from our point of focus. Come and refocus, rediscover and reconnect with prana, life force energy as it moves breath and body. In this workshop we will study history and lineage and experience original vinyasa kramas as taught by Sri T. Krishnamacharya. We will sharpen our breath and body reading, meditate and practice teach.
