A workshop designed to clear out stale emotions and prepare the body and mind for the summer season. It will bring deep relaxation both physically and mentally through meditation and a supportive restorative yoga practice. Students will will be guided through meditation and the gentle restorative yoga class. Aromatherapy, eye pillows and warming towels help to enhance and deepen the experience.

Natalia and Lani have joined forces to provide supportive and nurturing restorative yoga through these workshops. Working as a team allows them to focus more closely on the students, guiding and assisting each through the meditative and physical practices.
Natalia is an experienced yoga teacher, with a special interest in guided meditation and restorative practice. Lani is newer to the teaching path but is dedicated to restorative yoga, with a special interest in the effect of restorative postures on the energy pathways of the body.
