A workshop on Neurosculpting Meditation to navigate the affect of change on our bodies so we may adapt more smoothly and gracefully.

Space is limited. Register below.

Neurosculpting ® is a 5 step Meditation Process. It involves working with our limbic system and our fight or flight, autonomic / para-sympathetic systems. What does that mean? Our body is designed to protect us. If you see a bear, you need to be able to have the energy to run. Unfortunately, many of us are in a constant state of fight or flight. When our body perceives a threat, it will turn up our limbic system(fight or flight). This is essential for our survival. But, constantly being in this state can start to break down our health, and influence our choices. We may have made a life change, or perhaps a stressful change occurred without our choosing it. Even still, changes can feel stressful.

In this workshop, we will discuss what happens to your nervous system when experience stress & fear. We will explore down-regulating this response and allowing ourselves to adapt with grace or more ease.

This is an all levels workshop, for those seeking to adapt to a change, explore meditation or learn some new techniques to deepen their existing practice. All are welcome.
