  • Discover your unique body/mind type
  • Empower your ability to create an exceptional quality of life
  • Deepen your self-understanding on all levels
  • Learn the causes of dis-ease

About Liz…
I love discovering Truth and living my life in an evolutionary way. Synthesizing science and spirit is a strength and passion of mine. I study, practice, teach, and write about Yoga and Ayurveda. In 2002, I was introduced to Sanskrit and it was love at first Om. I have studied Sanskrit primarily with Swami Atma and Dr. Stephen Phillips. Since I was 6, I’ve also been in love with the human exploration of space. After spending 12 years working in Houston’s Mission Control Center for the Space Shuttle and International Space Station, I currently work on the Dream Chaser. I live in Thornton, CO with my wife Jen, our son Luca, and our dog Mowgli. Heartfelt thanks go out to my teacher, Padma Shakti (Tracie Brace).
