This training has been developed with yoga teachers specifically in mind.  It is also great for birth workers and pregnant mothers who want to learn more about taking care of pregnant mams in traditional yoga classes.  It will enhance your understanding of the prenatal student helping you accommodate her needs.

Within this training we will discuss the ever changing pregnant body and how those changes effect a yoga practice.  We’ll touch on common complaints that arise within the body and mind during pregnancy and how to best manage them through their practice.  You will experience and learn about the dos and don’ts  for pregnancy as it relates to yoga.

By attending this course you will:

  • Feel more confident having pregnant mamas in your yoga class
  • Understand how to keep them safe within the postures
  • How to nurture their experience and help them feel good in their yoga practice
