Have you been practicing the physical aspect of Yoga for a while and find yourself wanting to learn about the philosophy as well? Or maybe you have some basic knowledge but would like to dive a little deeper into the meaning of the 8 Limbs of Yoga?
If yes, you are invited to join Natalia for this free workshop where you will be able to learn about yoga philosophy and how it relates to your daily life. You will explore all 8 limbs of yoga- the foundation of yoga philosophy and discuss how we can apply it in our modern and complex world in order to stay centered, balanced, and content even in the midst of chaos.
This is an interactive workshop where you will be encouraged to share your experience and thoughts. Please bring a journal and a pen with you.
