Maitri Arvada (64th & Ward). We are all familiar with the physical form of asana and proper body alignment. Yet, we all also know there is more to a pose than meets the eye. This workshop will dive deep into the “what else” of some of our back bending and twisting postures to discover inner alignment just as much as outer alignment.
Maitri Westminster (88th & Field). The time spent in the Yin postures is like time spent in meditation. You become more intimate with your feelings, sensations and emotions. It becomes a time of inner reflection and peace, something we can take off our mats and into our daily lives.
