We start the day with 32 ounces of lemon water to be enjoyed while writing morning intentions and end the day with a bit more lemon water and taking stock with evening reflection pages.

“When I started this cleanse, I wasn’t sure how it would help me. For the past 2 years, I have been eating healthy, cooking my own food, growing a garden, and following healthy habits. What more could there be?! I was curious and wanted to support my fellow yogis, so I joined the cleanse group.

First, I loved the recipes for snacks, green smoothies and meals. The food was yummy and very healthy. I quickly felt my body adapt to all the goodness that I was putting in it. I felt more alert, more focused, more happy, my skin and hair were radiant and I slept very well. I continued my yoga practice over the next 2 weeks and found that I lost 5 pounds as well. There was no restriction on how much to eat, but I wanted to loose a few pounds.
