Communicating a loving gentle touch can open up doorways of relaxation. Through yoga and massage we express our appreciation and learn to surrender into the support of another.
We will practice giving and receiving healing massage while stretching our bodies into yoga postures with our partners.
This allows us to show up for each other with a new perspective and support ahimsa (non-harming) in communication.
Partners of all types are welcome to participate. No prior yoga or massage experience is needed, just an open mind and heart.

Are you a woman who is looking for community, friendship, laughter AND books? Book groups can be an amazing opportunity for friendship, stress-relief, fun and laughter! If you are looking for a group that values and loves books, but values and loves time spent laughing with other women even more, this is the group for you! We’ll meet monthly (usually) for lively discussions and intriguing books.
We typically meet on Tuesdays every 4 or 5 weeks, depending on everyone’s schedules. Each month a new book will be chosen to read. We will then pick a place to meet to discuss the book. There will be a discussion both in person and online for those who can’t meet up. And down’t worry if you don’t finish the book – all are welcome!
Come and build community with us, one book at a time!
Our book this month is “The Four Agreements: A Practical Guide to Personal Freedom” by Don Miguel Ruiz.

Come join us for Kids Yoga! An adult will accompany their child to this event for a fun filled yoga experience! This experience combines unique toddler to preschool age-friendly yoga poses with songs, stories, and games to create an enriching parent/child activity. Each class is personalized around children’s curiosities as they learn yoga through social interaction, repetition, and play. The primary fitness skills that develop as a result of yoga are strength, flexibility and balance. Children also learn how to relieve frustration, improve motor skills, and increase attention span by actively following directions. Help your child build the foundation for a healthy and fit lifestyle while having fun! Kids yoga is a discovery of yoga, self and the world.
These classes engage children through movement exploration, music, theme-related games and inspired, yoga-play to capture their attention and their imaginations as they refine their physical, social and emotional skills. Classes end with visual imagery and relaxation exercises, teaching children to quiet both mind and body. This workshop is appropriate for children who are new to yoga, as well as for those who are continuing their instruction.
